🍫 Are your chocolates handmade?
They sure are. Every piece is handcrafted in small batches right here in New Plymouth. No big factory lines — just skilled hands, good ingredients, and a whole lot of cocoa love.
🌿 Where do your ingredients come from?
We use high-quality couverture chocolate and carefully selected ingredients to create bold, balanced flavours. We’re serious about flavour — but we also like to have a little fun with it.
🎁 Do you offer gift boxes?
Absolutely. Chocolate is one of life’s great gifts. We offer beautifully boxed selections perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations, or “just because”. If you’re not sure what to choose, we’re happy to help.
🚚 Do you deliver across New Zealand?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Your chocolates are carefully packed to arrive in beautiful condition — because melted chocolate is only good when you meant it to melt.
🏬 Can I visit the shop?
We’d love that. Our shop on St Aubyn Street is a welcoming little spot to browse, grab a coffee, and indulge in something delicious. Pop in and say hello.
🥜 Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Some of our products are gluten-free, and we’re happy to talk through ingredients with you. However, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, so we can’t guarantee completely allergen-free products.

📦 Can I order custom or corporate gifts?
Yes, we can create custom selections for weddings, events, and corporate gifting. If you’d like something special, get in touch and we’ll craft something memorable.
🕰 How long will my chocolate last?
Our chocolates are best enjoyed fresh — that’s when the flavours truly shine. Each product includes storage guidance, but generally we recommend keeping them somewhere cool and dry (and eating them sooner rather than later).
